I am an integrative arts psychotherapist and IFS level 1 trained Therapist which means I use the creative arts and parts work to help clients explore their inner worlds, gain awareness, and facilitate positive change. I believe the relationship between client and therapist is vital to help create a safe space to explore difficult emotions and experiences. As every person is unique, every session is unique.
